This post is really for those that are on the fence at this point, those that have the ability to make a purchase but for whatever reason have decided to continue renting until the "market gets better". I would suggest that waiting is going to cost you more in the long run with the prospect of higher interest rates coupled with the coming rule changes to Amortization rates.
