Visit http://kelleyskar.com/ for more info| So on Friday I went downtown to apply for my building permit for my basement. It really was a lot more painless than I thought originally! The biggest hit was of course to the wallet, parking wasn't that bad, and there was literally NO lineup on the 3rd floor at City Hall! The guy there was really helpful, easy going and informative, a killer combination for newbies at this whole process.
