Today Kelley refers to a couple of reports that were released last week regarding the Canadian real estate market. One was by the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives and the other one was put out by the CD Howe institute. The first mentioned that the 6 major markets in Canada were in bubble territory where the latter contridicted the bubble report. Kelley gives his opinion on the dangers of predicting the market and encourages people to do their own research as well.
